The use of carbon fibre in bows has been refined to the extent where the playing properties of a good CF bow now closely rival those of fine wooden bows. Furthermore, the advantages are numerous - affordability, strength, resistance to humidity and climatic influences and virtually unbreakable under normal conditions, making them an excellent choice for students and professionals who may at times perform under risky conditions.

Furthermore with increasing uncertainty over the sourcing of pernambuco and the movement of pernambuco bows across international borders, these carbon fibre bows are a practical option and a viable solution in the long term.

The black CF grid material in this bow has its own visual appeal and is not unattractive when combined with a good, well-made silver-mounted frog, as is the case in this bow.

The playing properties are simply put - excellent! I have never played with one of these bows without being really impressed and truly satisfied.
