This unlabelled little violin is probably of German or East European origin. It represents good trade (commercial) work and has probably served several generations of children.
It is well-toned and responsive and easy to play and should open the door to progress for any young violinist lucky enough to have this violin.

Two minor cracks have been professionally repaired and pose no threat to the structural integrity of the violin. The lower treble corner on the front has been rebuilt.
