This bow is made of exceptionally attractive high quality pernambuco with the superb playing properties usually associated with a firm stick. It is equal for any demand made on it and suitable for big works requiring a wide range of expression and bowing techniques. It has an intrinsic steadiness that results in excellent articulation and which facilitates clear spiccato.
Not only does it perform well, but it is also a very attractive bow visually - the frog is of imitation tortoise shell and the thumbpad of imitation lizard textured leather, making it compliant from a CITES perspective.
